If necessary, the diskette or attached file must contain a README.TXT file with the escription of the contents, in particular the name of the main executable file (it can be a .EXE or a .BAT file). There may be more than one executable file, but a main file must be specified. No matter in which language has it been written, nor if it needs additional files (which must be included). Please note that the program does not need to have raphical interface, user interaction, beautiful screens, help, instructions, levels of play, etc. It must just read from and write to the indicated files as described above, playing as good as possible. It is highly recommended that the programs do not make use of special system calls or any routine which can differ from one operating system version to the other,
